Before I started working out life was pretty boring. I found myself being lazy and taking many naps because I was always studying and didn’t have another hobby to keep myself busy. I always thought about toning up my body but never actually took the next step to sign up to the gym because after all, it is very hard to get motivated and get yourself into a routine.
I started working out because I wanted to tone my body and build muscle. I have always had a toned frame because I was enrolled in dance lessons as a child and pursued that for ten years. After I had quit dance classes I had no other form of exercise, so I decided to join the gym and put a fitness plan together for myself.
To keep fit, I mainly work on legs, I have a whole body pump routine I follow, but the majority of my workouts revolve around my lower body, I love feeling the burn of a good leg workout!
I chose Bodies By Design because I like that it is a smaller more private gym, it is affordable, and the staff is also AMAZING, so friendly, welcoming and always very helpful in every aspect.
My advice to people is to get into a routine and stick to it, and it will become a part of your daily life, and you will not want to stop after you see the results!
