In my early teens, I played many sports, but predominantly hockey. Being smaller than most hockey players at the time, perusing weight training to gain more size and strength was always on my mind. I grew up in Vaughan, ON and by the age of 19, Bodies by Design was the first fitness center I have ever joined. Personal training sessions were the first steps I took to receive professional instruction to obtain my goals.
Currently, I train mostly calisthenics, i.e., Body weight training, but also supplement weight training. Through my fitness regimen, I plan to achieve more strength, not only physically but mostly mentally. For those who would like to get started, first surround yourself with the people who know how to get things done.
