I want to paint a picture for you.
So let say you’ve got some health and fitness goals that you want to achieve this year, and your deciding on what program is the best approach.
You go out and start doing your research and find out that there’s an array of fitness classes to choose from, then you might ask yourself; which one of these programs is most cost-effective and time-efficient.
But have you ever asked yourself, what program would you most enjoy? What type of fitness activity would you consider to be exciting and entertaining? Other than reaching your goals, what would keep you motivated enough that you would stay consistent with an exercise program?
