Our Personal Trainers are experts at group training, so to add another person to your session can be done without sacrificing your goals and objectives.

Interactive training is a new concept that was invented by Kris Simpson of Bodies by Design. Interactive Training can be defined as a mini-group of fewer than five people training together, motivated and guided by a Personal Trainer. Each session provides all of the benefits of one-on-one training but provides the combined energy levels of the entire mini-group

How does our money back guarantee work?
We guarantee up to 12 lbs of weight loss per month (minimum 4lbs/month). The money back guarantee is offered on a month to month basis and simply put if we don’t deliver on our weight loss promise to you we will refund you fees for the month.
Do I have to commit to a long term package?
NO! All of our personal training packages are month to month and each month you have the option of the 4-C’s…
- Continue with the program for another month
- Change the frequency of sessions per week
- Cease the program by pausing your sessions, membership and payments

Absolutely not – an unlimited studio membership is included with all of our personal training packages
Do you include a nutritional program?
We certainly do, in fact, up to 80% of our clients, results come from our nutritional program. Our Nutrient Coaching Program is based on our principle Math first Science second so we use a food logging App to count your calories for you and our Personal Trainers coach you through your day to day nutrition.
Do I have to be in shape to start your program?
NO! Most of our clients start with little or no experience. Our program is progressive so we expect to start at a beginner level if you do not have prior exercise experience.
How long are the sessions?
The sessions are 55 minutes long and include our Nutrient Coaching program and a weekly assessment.
What type of training can I expect?
Our training programs are based on multi-activity circuit training. We believe not only does the mind get bored of repetitive fitness programs, but so does your body, therefore our programs are action packed and never the same. We believe time is of the essence for our clients so our programs are fast paced and effective.
How many sessions per week do I need?
We offer 2 or 3 sessions per week packages. The frequency is based on your budget, goals, and how fast you wish for your goals to be accomplished. Our program is based on three visits per week, so if you choose the two sessions per week option, you will need to attend a minimum of 1 time per week for an independent workout assigned by your personal trainer.
