Since 1998, Bodies By Design has been the leading Fitness Studio in Woodbridge and is also the largest studio with 10,000 square feet of training space.  With no long-term contracts to sign, spacious and non-intimidating facilities, plenty of qualified staff and personal trainers, the studio is a refreshing change from traditional and generic gyms.
