In this video I’m going to discuss pre and post exercise supplementation. I’m sure a lot of you heard about pre workouts and this is the right thing for you. Pre workouts supplements and protein powders are products and that will help you push through those plateaus in your training regimen. You’ll be able to lift and have your workout longer, and just have more mental focus and drive.
Now, for a post workout, it’s a good idea to have something like a protein shake. A shake including protein powder is going to help you repair the damage you’ve done to all the tissues and fibers. It really helps your body’s ability to recover post-exercise. Very simply mix with water. It can be something that tastes great, and feel rewarding after your workout.
