My passion for health stems from playing sports. Growing up I played a variety of sports such as volleyball, basketball, hockey and rugby, which sparked my interest in exercise and was the start of my journey into the world fitness. The hard work and dedication I put into sports translated into hard work and dedication to fitness as I began college. This is what drove me to become a personal trainer and has influenced my training style greatly. I am passionate about helping people to reach their goals and find out how much they can really achieve when they push themselves further than they think they can go.
The key to success for those looking to achieve any goal begins with hard work, dedication and accountability. You need to put in the hours in the gym while you are making an effort to eat right and making lifestyle choices. If you don’t stick to it and keep motivated and dedicated, achieving your goals will be far more difficult. The Bodies by Design program works because it puts the responsibility on both trainer and client to get the goals that are set. The client is provided with the tools and nutritional advice along with a trainer and program that will give the high level of quality training that it takes to reach goals and surpass them.
