Today, you’re going to get a GRIP on your late night snacking sweet tooth. Hi, this is Dan from Bodies by Design and this is your GRIP Tip! Today, I’m going to show you a healthy alternative to ice cream. What we’re going to make today is a frozen banana dessert. What we need is a frozen banana, some almond milk, cinnamon and a food processor.
First thing we are going to do is we’re going to chop up the banana into small slices. Take that put it in the food processor. About a tablespoon or two of almond milk. Some cinnamon to taste. Lock in your food processor and let’s get it started. If you find that it’s not blending properly, add a little more almond milk.
