Goal Setting Consultation

  • Setting short term and long term goals with deadlines
  • Provide Bodies by Design fitness prescription options
  • Provide a quotation for the fitness prescription

Please follow the following instructions:

  • Do not eat or drink 2 hours prior to the consultation
  • Please have a small meal or snack 2 hours prior
  • No alcohol 24 hours prior
  • No caffeine 2 hours prior
  • No smoking 2 hours prior
  • No exercise 24 hours prior
