I am a certified personal trainer; specializing in weight loss, athletic performance, toning, and endurance training. Growing up I was very active in physical education and joined various curricular activities such as basketball, volleyball, and soccer.
My natural passion was all and any physical activity, and my driving force was making a difference in the lives of others. Helping others reach their potential and achieve their end goals is what makes my job worth it. I know that personal training is for me because I come to work each day with a smile on my face and ready to make a difference.
Ensure to set goals for yourself and be willing to exceed limits and expectations to achieve them. Alongside your goal, you become driven with a purpose that in turn nourishes commitment, dedication, and perseverance. I truly believe we are all capable of great things as long as we set our minds to it.
I believe the BBD program works for many reasons. First of all, we have great trainers who are patient, caring, motivating and determined. We all want what’s best for our clients and will help them to achieve their goals. Also, the program is easy to follow and understand. Keeping on top of your eating habits and exercising 2-3 times a week will ensure your results.
The BBD program is all about achieving results; we give you a plan, and all you have to do is follow it. Even though as trainers we do our part it is important that our clients do their part as well. What makes a client succeed is by being committed, determined and positive.
Our clients need to have a goal in mind and have to be willing to do whatever it takes to achieve that goal. With hard work and dedication, anything is possible. Saying you will do something and doing it are two different things. It takes a lot to take that first step to wanting to make a change, once you make that first step the rest of the way will be all yours to enjoy.
