I believe that the essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with your clients. How you go about forming such a relationship is by remembering the secret of good customer service and acting accordingly; “You will be judged by what you do, not by what you say.” So take the extra step. Whatever the extra step may be. If you want to provide good customer service, take it. They may not say so to you, but people notice when you make an extra effort. It will send them away happy – happy enough to keep coming back and to spread the word.

Being a customer service representative at Bodies by Design does not only mean helping customers. It is also about making friends, and forming relationships with our clients. At Bodies By Design we strive to make everyone feel welcome, comfortable and of course important. I believe everyone should feel at home when they come through the door and that they don’t leave with any questions unanswered. All the staff provides a great sense of community with our friendly environment and as a customer service representative it is my job to ensure all clients get that feeling first hand, right at the start of each and every visit.
