Is brown sugar more nutritious then white sugar?

This question was posed to me by my first professor of nutrition. Of course I answered brown sugar. After all, that was my mother’s choice for me when I was young. Wrong! Most brown sugar is nothing but refined white sugar with a small coating of molasses to create the flavour and texture of brown sugar. Sorry Mom, you were wrong.

Is peanut butter a good source of protein?
August 1, 2008 by Alek Gazdic

All-natural peanut butter contains 8 grams of fat and 4 grams of protein per tablespoon. This means that more than 70% of the calories are derived from fat and 15% are derived from protein. Peanut butter is a great source of unsaturated fat but can never be seen as a great source of protein. Be wise with your protein choices.
